Vitacare Medical Associates was founded in 2011 with the intent to offer primary care medicine and non-surgical, long term, holistic healthcare to a diverse community. This philosophy has enabled us to sustainably grow and now be able to offer our wellness options at our main office in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

We are comprised of people with various background, age, race and experiences to best support people of all types. We’ve designed a clean and welcoming space to make your visit feel safe and at ease.

Ho Je Lee, M.D.

Dr. Lee’s practice therefore evolved to mirror the community it serves, affording opportunities for a wide range of treatments to a diverse population not often included in the demographics of preventative care. 

● Family Medicine Residency, University of Medicine Dentistry, New Jersey 

● Sports Medicine Fellowship, Arizona State University (ASU) affiliated with Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, ASU Ho Je Lee spent his childhood in Seoul, Korea, later immigrating to Los Angeles. His own experience of acclimating to a new country and culture enables a deeper empathy with his patients, many of whose backgrounds also bridge two worlds.  

In addition, his love of sports drew him to specialize in non-surgical sports medicine, as he saw its therapeutic impact firsthand.
